Masjid E Vali requires all couples to complete a short preparation course before their Nikah ceremony. It is educational, private and designed to help you build a strong Islamic marriage from the very beginning.
How It Works
From registration to your Nikah day, in four simple steps.
Register Your Interest
Complete the registration form with your details and upload your documents. The Masjid team will verify your ID and review your application.
Receive Your Credentials
You will receive an email with your login details. The bride and groom each receive their own login details.
Complete the Course
Work through the preparation modules independently, at your own pace, within 7 days.
Book Your Nikah
Once you have both completed the course, you will receive a provisional booking to confirm, followed by your final ceremony details.

The course covers the essential foundations of a successful Islamic marriage. It is designed to educate and prepare you, not to test or intimidate you.

Before Your Nikah Day
A few important things to be aware of when planning your ceremony at Masjid E Vali.
No Photography
Photography, filming, music and decorations are not permitted anywhere on the Masjid premises, including the car parks.
No Food on Premises
Food and catering are not permitted on the Masjid premises. Sweets and favours may be handed out in the designated area outside.
Blackburn Residency
For the time being, the bride or groom must live in Blackburn itself; a BB postcode alone is not sufficient. Proof of address is required when you apply.
